Position Summary

The role of a Client Success Manager at TruNorth Dynamics is to sell Microsoft Dynamics software and services to small to medium-sized businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and closing deals. They will be expected to have a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, as well as the ability to identify and understand the unique business needs of each client.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years successful experience in sales and account management
  • Experience in software sales and service, preferred.
  • Proven track record in a sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs.
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales closing, sharing with the team.
  • Complete understanding of all services company provides to new and existing clients
  • Represent TruNorth by consistently modeling company mission and values
  • Schedule and hold regularly scheduled prospect meetings.
  • Successful management of large-scale complex deal cycles
  • Understanding of Microsoft’s field sales roles and organization
  • Strong relationship building and deal structuring skills
  • Executive level communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to mentor others

They should be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication and presentation skills are also required.
